My computer didn't recognize the scan despite having installed the drivers. Maybe they are not well installed, from which page should I installed them Thank you for your answer.

Hello try to download the driver from here:

Try to install the driver in compatible mode by right click on the installation file and choose the option for xp sp3.

Maybe you didn't install the driver properly, i guess that model will need you to install the driver 1st before connecting your printer to the PC.
Try uninstalling the driver...restarting PC...reinstalling driver...connecting printer (while in off position)...switching on your printer.

did you try to plug it in other computer..some of the computers needs some of the drivers so that if you try to plug a device on it..and recognize that you have the driver in your computer otherwise if the driver of your flash drive didn't recognize of your computer..try to search it to your computer if it has on your computer..if not try to search the driver and install it in your computer.

each printer must have a driver CD, install it and recognize the scanning program, from the setting in the program you can check the scanning properties like color and size, and maybe the number of pages. try the program first to see what can be done.

After installing new drivers, sometimes you need to restart your computer.

Apparently your scanner isn't being propperly recognized by your PC. To fix this issue install the latest version of the driver of your scanner. This can be done by using the set-up disc that came with the scanner or by looking for the drivers online at the official page of the brand.

install chipset drivers for the system, check cable, if it is USB, check in the device manager, proper drivers instaled, confirm, then proceed for instalation of the printer, it will works

maybe you didnt install a driver from your camcorder to your pc so it doesnt recognize. install the driver and is should recognize it correctly. if you got problems just ask me. hope that helps!
