As of this moment, there are no Vista drivers on their website. An alternative you may want to try is to download the drivers for XP and run it in Compatibility mode for XP. If you don't know how to do that, let me know and I'll give you detailed instructions.

It could be something to do with the bundled software having a missing or corrupt TWAIN32 file.. But you can Scan using Windows XP itself.

I noticed the Mustek.com driver download page for this model gives a Gateway Error, but I found the driver on Mustek's German site:
