If your display is indicating that a source is locked it may be that the source is not powered on or the source input cable is not connected or incorrectly connected.

What type of connection wires do I need to connect a sansui au 9900a intergrated amplifier, and the tu9900 stereo turner to a kenwood multi cd player and a JVC td- w 5th double cassette.

You need cable called RCA. What goes out of one unit goes in to another. Get the owner manual and read it. It will show you how to connect the wires to the components.

Connect the RCA jack to to tuner input in back. CD player to the aux in back.

I CAN NOT GET FM RADIO ON MY KA STEREO, CD PLAYER IS FINE AND CAN GET LW. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

FM tuner module may be faulty and need replacing. It may simply be dry joints on the tuner which will come good if you resolder the dry joints.

Tuner works but when cd or i-pod are selected they indicate theyare playing but no sound.

Is your stereo sytem amplified? if so then the remote turn on wire may be hooked up to your power antenna turn on wire. The amp needs to be connected to blue w/ white strip.......not solid blue. The solid blue turns off to lower a power antenna when the tuner is not in use. Blue with white always stays on with tuner cd or ipod.

Intermintent stereo in 97 caravan

sound like the tuner it's self is going bad.  Have you checked the antenna connections?  Try holding on to the antenna when the radio is fading out.  Sadly the radio is part of the stereo and not a separate module.  You need a new stereo, get one with HD radio...you'll love it.

Can't get B Speakers to work

Use the remote and switch it to be in the sub mode (top right corner of remote) It is here (in the sub mode) that you can change volume and inputs.

No Sound - boat stereo

Assuming that the four speakers are connected to the amplifier, then the amp is the most likely problem component. Does the amplifier show a power light when the system is turned on? Note that there is probably another fuse in the amplifier power wire, near the battery.
