Mine is on concrete floor. And when it spins, it wobbles so much that it manages to unplug itself. Does anyone have any solutions about that?

My front loader I've had since June and have only been able to use it maybe 5 times due to it shaking so bad. We removed the shipping bolts and re-enforced the floor and still nothing. We also have the pedestals and still shakes like crazy. I don't know what else to do. I really am very disappointed with this and regret spending as much as I did and have to do laundry at my in-laws

Is it on concrete or a "main floor" with floor trusses?

Try taking the yellow shipping bolts out of the back of the washer that hold the drum in place while shipping. f

My frigidaire affinity front load washer buzzes and will not cycle what wouldcause that?

Good Morning Friend,

I see that your Frigidaire Affinity washer, model# ATF7000E, is buzzing and will not cycle. Some possible causes of this could be:

-Your washer is overloaded with clothes. Try taking some clothes out and restarting.
-There could be an article of clothing that might have slipped in between the gasket and the drum that might be stopping the drum from spinning. Check to see if there are any clothes that might be missing and possibly stuck between the drum and gasket.

If you have tried the above solutions and are still having trouble, I suggest giving your washer a hard reset. You will do this by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home's circuit breaker for 2-3 minutes. After the time has passed, restore power and start a cycle. If your appliance is still buzzing and not spinning, I suggest that you contact your local authorized technician for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose your washer and determine the cause of the buzzing and why it is not spinning. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-

My Frigidaire affinity washer leaks water into the washer stand. Whenever I open the drawer after washing a couple of loads there's water in the drawer.

That's what I thought was wrong with mine to I had 1.75 in change and a piece of a wash clothe in the screen. I toke all that out and it still leaked. Took it apart further and found a piece of the weight that is made out of cement broke of and rubbed through the drum. That sounds like junk to me!!!

How to fix a shaking washer bosch 100

A lot of water standing in washer. clothes are clean and spun, the water seems to increase each time.

You have have some debris in the drain boot. Remove the back access panel on the washer. Look on the bottom of the tub and you will see a hose (boot) the comes off the tub going to the pump. Remove the boot and clear any debris that may be hampering the draining. Also, while you have the boot off, stick a finger up into the tub to check if there may be a small article of clothing that may be blocking the drain hole.

Washing machine is not ballanced. every load

There is a balance spring that keeps the machine balance. it broke or rusted and came off. Lean the machine back 45 degrees and look under
you should see the spring. reattach the spring to the base and the back. (you need to look at a manual if you dont understand) but try your best

Washer shakes violently

The drum mounts to a spindle on the back. On these units, it is common for the tripod mounts for this particular design to crack and break. On every call I have had for a terrible vibration on these models, this has been the problem. The remedy is to replace the front and rear tub, as well as the basket. It is also recommended that you replace the drain pump at the same time. Most of this should be covered under at least a parts warranty.
