This indicates that the compressor has quit running or the system has completely run out of refrigerant. In Either case a licensed technician would be needed.

What is the problem hear blower and air conditioner stopped working

Sounds like an air lock in your heater system. Take off your radiator or expansion tank top and let your engine tick over while you fill up the water tank it may take twenty minutes before you feel warm air coming through your heater then put cap back on and run your engine normally

Central air conditioning system is blowing warm air.

many, many. Is the outside unit running? If it is, is the compressor running? Feel the refrigerant lines leaving the unit. Little one should be warm. Big one should be cold, probably sweating.

Air conditioners remove the moisture from the air, and so does a dehumidifier. Does running a dehumidifier make the air conditioner run less? Does running the small dehumidifier save energy in that the...

a dehumidifier is basically the same thing as an air conditioner but both coils (condenser and evaporator) are in the same unit meaning a dehumidifier exhaust warm air in the same room it is in. running a dehumidifier would make an air conditioner run more because of the warm exhaust, but you are correct, when you run an air conditioner it acts like a dehumidifier and dries the air. as far as saving energy it all depends on the size of the AC and dehumidifier and the size of the room. If you want warm dry air use a dehumidifier if you want cool dry air run the AC but not both.

Air conditioner symbol defrost keeps coming up so much trhat air conditioner is not warming room let alone blowing warm air. Spend all its time defrosting than warming the room

These will defrost themselves automatically when they need to - internal sensors. If it is icing up at all in cooling, then the charge is wrong. Units such as this are very sensitive to incorrect charge, so I would recommend that you have a qualified tech come out, recover all the freon and weigh in the correct charge. If this is a "new" problem, then a leak check/locate would be in order.

Air gets warm and smells. No water coming out underneath.

FIRST THERE IS NO SWITCH TO LET THE WATER OUT, THE WATER IS LET OUT OF THE EVAPORATOR SECTION THREW A SMALL HOLE LOCATED INSIDE THE BLOWER SECTION TO THE BOTTOM LEFT IT GOES THREW THE BED PLATE AND OUT THE BACK OF THE UNIT.MY GUESS IF YOU HAVE STANDING WATER IS THAT THE UNIT IS NOT PITCHED PROPPERLY IN THE OPENING. IT SHOULD BE PITCHED DOWN IN THE BACK AND SLIGHT RIGHT IF YOUR LOOKING AT THE FRONT OF THE UNIT. HOPE THIS HELPS.

PS THE DRY SETTING PROBABLY REFERS TO USING YOUR ELECTRIC HEAT STRIP AS A DEHUMIDIFIER TO RUN WHILE YOUR IN THE COOLING MODE BUT IM NOT SURE.
