Have you tried moving the timer dial to other settings? will it work then? if not I would suspect a bad timer. If you are hearing the motor try and run but nothing else is happining you might want to have the couling to the motor and transmission checked out, these are common problems with these washers. Can you move the drum around freely? If you were hearing a grinding noise before this happened I would suspect the coupling, if not I would start with the timer.
SOURCE: won't complete cycle, stops at rinse. and can't get hot water.
Are you on well water? turn off the cold water to the washer and clean the screen filter out. do not leave filter out.
the machine probably has a cold only final rinse so it won't work properly.
SOURCE: coin operated washer does not fill up in rinse
The problem is the pressure switch has failed or the hose is plugged up, has a hole in it. These are usually inexpensive and are very easy to replace. Here is a video this will walk you thru testing and replacing a pressure switch. You can also enter your model # for diagrams and illustrations of your specific model. All parts come with installation instructions. Not all models are available.
