Depends which red blinking light. I assume the red light is the resume light. The green light is the power light. If the Power
and the Resume
light are blinking alternately, then you have a paper jam somewhere in the printer. remove the paper jam and you should be fine.

Now- disconnect your printer from your computer and don't reconnect until you are instructed to do so. OK-run your printer drivers and follow directions-connect when told to- And that should do it. replace the ink catridge it should solve yr proble but before that check if in yr printer setting draft mode is enabled if yes then disable it n see what the print out will lokk like
