The LED lights on the control board cycle randomly, some times not allowing the washer to be started. The lights blink and beep randomly all day, prompting us to unplug the unit when not in use. Tried unplugging and resetting electronics multiple times. The unit is progressively getting worse. Suspect control board failure, as otherwise unit operates fine. I would like to repair myself, are there instructions online on how to disassemble front control panel to access control board?
This sounds goofy but I saw it on another help site and it worked for me when my 8050 washer's controls crashed.
Unplug washer for 1 minute then plug back in.
Open and close the door rapidly six or more times within 30 seconds.
After I did this my machine worked normally.
Step one is in the owners manual but didn't work for me. It was only after opening and closing the door rapidly that the controller reset and worked properly.

Hi
First
make sure to test the lid switch assembly, you can jump it to test it. If the
lid switch and motor is also fine then the control board should be replaced.
Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.
