The bobbin thread on sewing machine will not catch

I was hemming pants and the bobin got snagged, cleaned it up and now the thread from needle will not catch on bobbin.

I have a euro-pro 9110 and my thread will not catch the bobbin thread. It was sewing fine then it acted like the needle jammed. I turned the machine off and raised the pressure foot and now it will not pick up the bobbin thread. please help.

I had this happen to me last summer. I tried to fix it myself, but it turned out that the timing was off so I had to take it to a repair shop and have them reset the time. It's been working perfectly since then!

I had this happen to me a few weeks ago. after much research i was able to find a blow up diagram of my machine which allowed me to fine the timing nut and screws and after watching Youtube tutorials on how to time other brands i was able to implement the same techniques to readjust the timing on my machine.

its really just a matter of not being afraid to tear apart your machine.

Why does bobbin thread keep snagging?

increase the needle thread tension up a bit as it is too loose to pull the bobbin thread up properly
keep adjusting until both threads are at the middle of the materials being sewn

Why will my machine not pick up my bobbin thread?

Bobbin or needle threaded wrongly? Is this a new machine? You need to make the first stitch by hand perhaps. Lower the needle into the needle plate by turning the hand wheel and raise carefully. It should bring up the bobin thread on a loop. catch and pull to back of machine. Now you can sew. I hope.

The bobbine thread is not catching and I'm trying to fix it and I am not sure were to start.

start by removing the bobbin, and reinstalling, make sure the thread runs through the bobin tension plate, the little plate that puts pressure on bobbin thread to keep it tight, also look at thread and needle, if thread insn't thread through the needle, it won't catch, feelfree to call me if you need better help, devin 239-895-4845, Quality Auto Trim Inc 239-849-0015

STITCHES DEEP TO BOBBIN SIDE HAVE CHANGED

You do need an oiling and cleaning. Also, try adjusting on the bobbin cover by turning th little screw with a small screwdriver. Keep adjusting and testing until you get the loops just as you want them...
