This could be as simple as the power button sticking. Make sure it is all put together properly and no screws are over-tightened. The first thing i would do is remove the plastic bezels and covers revealing the bare board and button, and try turning it on. If it still turns itself off, replace the board again, i doubt it is a BIOS issue (unless there is a problemn with the battery or charger) - start there, if it doesnt work, we can look further

sir/mam you`re battery pack is need to re-pack or change the Battery pack.if you want to safe and long life Battery Pack if you use the unit inside youre house use only a charger then remove the battery pack from unit do not use both supply,like a battery with charger.if baterry full only battery,if you charge the battery charge only..
