Here is what you do, it is for unfreezing the bios. Open your computer and look for the bios clock battery it will be silver and the exact roundness as a nickle. you will be able to remove it rather easily the number should be CR2025 on the battery. you can buy these from most stores actually, radio shack, walgreen's. walmart, ect. before you leave for the store unplug your computer and hold the power button for 15 seconds, " this clears the power " leave it unplugged until you have a new battery, Once you have a new battery install it with the + facing in the open and the unlabeled side facing down into the slot. plug your computer back in and boot, it may cycle through the Bios restart once, from there it will restart again and you should be good to go.

We have an upright freezer. It has been running 24/7 for about 2 weeks. The internal temperature is 2 degrees F. Why does it run constantly?

Are door seals letting outside air in? Does it have any fans and if so, are they working? If it's running nonstop, temp should be much colder.

The drain pan is dry. There is ice buildup on the top half of the defroster. The compressor runs nonstop. The temp doesn't get any cooler than 45. The condenser is clean enough to see through and the door...

Is the evaporator fan motor running? If it is only running at half speed or not at all, that could explain the ice buildup. If the coils are icing up because of no air flow over them, then the defrost heater stays on, trying to get rid of the ice.

My pc workstation gives no beep codes when i start it and the fan blow very high nonstop no display.

this is a desktop pc, it sounds like you have a start-up problem, i would pull the ram first and try to boot if it boots okay, put one stick back in at a time to find out which one is bad, if it doesn't boot you may have a bad cpu or motherboard.

Emachine w3507 blue light only comes on fan runs nonstop, no signal or monitor, pressing the f8 did nothing

If you get nothing but a blue light and no video at all it sounds like you have a bad power supply. They are easy enough to check and replace but not for a first timer. If you know someone who knows more; get a volt meter and put it on the DC scale. Unplug a power plug to a drive or find one that is not used. Measure the Yellow to black and then the red to black wires. You should get 12 & 5 volts respectively.

Freezer motor running nonstop

Behind the back panel you will find the freezer fan motor. unplug and take everything out. take the back panel off and find the fan. stick something in the blade like a bannana or whatever (no rags or paper towels though) just something to jam the blade (its plastic so dont break it) replug. remove whatever you put to jam the blade and if you hear the sound then you know for sure it is the fan. got to replace fan if you want the noise to stop
if it is not the fan let me know
hope this helped
