1. try connecting to the network with an Ether net cord. If you can connect with the cable to the router then you may have a adapter driver issue.
2. Try typing at the command line at the DOS prompt "ipconfig /all " to see what the network is doing.
if you see connect then it is the firewall settings.
3. check with you ISP and see if you have an issue with the WAN. There may be a DNS issue.
