Depending on how much you know about computers, it may be fixable.
Open a web page and type 192.168.1.1 in your address bar, this will give you access to your routers internal workings in a round about kind of way.
check your settings, password, connection type, as malware etc can change these. If all is ok or you are not sure, then make a back up of your system, and go for factory reset.
If this still does not solve your problem it may lie in your phone line or another conflict within your computer.
Hope this helps ;-)

Am assuming you are on ADSL.
Have you considered swapping the line filter you have plugged into your telephone socket. They can cause problems now and again.

Belkin f5d8635-4 Router connection problems

Open the working pc open internet explorer and type 192.168.1.2 in the webaddress bar. this will open your belkin router settings page. On the left choose channel and ssid. If it asks for a password leave the password box empty and just click submit. The channel is the frequency your wireless network operates on. Some channels are more stable than others, but its just trial and error until you find the most stable for your area. Change your wireless channel to a different one (any channel is fine, personally 1,11 or 8 works best for me) and click apply changes. Hope this helps.

For this you will need to connect the computer to the router. Do not upgrade the firmware of the router using the wireless computer.
You will need to download the new firmware from the manufacturer's web site. Then open the router set up page and upgrade the firmware of the router.

Keep losing conection from wii to my belkin router

It's a wireless interference problem. To resolve that, you must change the router's wireless channel by logging in to the router's admin page http://192.168.2.1 you can change it under the Wireless tab. Set the channel to 11 and save the changes. Try to power cycle the router after that.
