Yes Peggy. Of course it can be fixed, and it is not very difficult, but you should have posted the model number, so we could have listed the part number you would need. If it is a model similar to the picture, you will see several (maybe 4) phillips head screws along the very top of the back, which when removed will give you access to the inside of the control panel.

How do i remove the lid on a ge profile harmony washer?
Use a putty knife to remove the front panel first/
The putty knife will insert between thr top of the lid and the front panel about 2 inches in from each side.
The panel will pull forward then up to remove it.
Then remove the screws holding the lid down.
You may have to open the control console to remove the lid.

Press and hold the my cycles button and the back button simultaneously for 3 seconds. This will reset the control panel and allow you to see any stored errors.

Ge Profile Harmony Washer doesn't drain properly.
It sound like you have a blocked pump. Remove the pump from the machine and check where do you have this clogged, inside the pump or in one of the pipes connected to it. Good luck!
