How do I reset the clean washer reminder on a Maytag Bravos top-loading washer?
This is just a factory setting that reminds you to clean the washer to avoid that musty smell. You can buy tablets called Affresh or other similar cleaners for washing machines. They sell these items at Target, Walmart, Lowes and Home Depot. You can also substitue 1 Cup of Bleach in the washer. Then once you add whatever solution you have decided to clean it with you simply select the wash cycle on the machine called "Clean Washer with Affresh" Once you have done this the light should go out. You can also reset this indicator light by pushing the button next to the light that says Reset clean washer reminder. Hope this helps!! :)
You have a manual inside the washer under the top, you can access it by taking a putty knife between the top and the body about 3 to 4 inches on each side allowing you to lift the top, lid and all. The manual gives you all different things you can try before having to call a technician.

Have same problem. Service tech said LF code is caused by low water pressure coming into machine. Tech verified water flow looked fine, getting new controller installed tomorrow.

Is the drain hose kinked or clogged? Is the drain hose installed properly? look in the installation Instructions, Press POWER/CANCEL to clear display........ hope this helps.....

it is probably money in the pump. I have had my washer for two years now and an on the second pump. I had to call a serviceman to take the pump loose and dump out the change. It had 81 cents the first time and 26 cents the second. I need to call him again but I think I am going to try to do it myself. $85 a service call is just ridiculous when I know what the problem is.
