Can you connect, via Ethernet cable, or wireless adapter, to the Internet?
If so, then open Device Manager, expand the Modems branch,
and double-click the modem. Click "Reinstall Driver", and when Windows asks to connect to the Internet, click 'yes'.
It will search the Internet for the correct device-driver for your modem.
