Had the same problem, found a lint trap inside front cover. You pull out filter, clean and replace, will work fine. I don't understand why they don't tell you about the filter in the manual. I found out when I had the problem and my son who is a plumber took the machine apart and found it. Hope it helps.Had the same problem, found a lint trap inside front cover. Good Day, Your
washing machine is fully automatic?
the
washing cycle is normal?
if yes
do the same maybe it will help you.
for
the fully automatic washing machine mostly have drain pump, please check the
filter of your drain pump, how? remove the cup of your drain pump like a
ordinary cup, screw it clock wise or counter clock wise.
Remove
drain pump filter and clean it, some hair pins, cotton buds or coins or any
small item that coz of clog up.
if
your washing machine dont have drain pump ,but fully automatic check the drain
motor if running or not? how? open the back cover for top loader washing
machine only, select spin cycle and press start to see the drain motor running?
the drain motor is like a small box with small wire to pull the lever of the
drain to remove water inside, if the motor running or pull the lever of the
water pipe but water still inside the washing machine, remove the drain cup or
cover and clean it or check if have coin or cloth inside that coz of clog or
water stuck,
if the
drain pump or drain motor is weak this is will cause and long time draining or
totally not running the drain pump or drain motor and its cause of totally stop
the cycle of washing machine in rinse time or spin time, because all fully
automatic washing machine, after washing cycle the drain pump or drain motor
must be on, to remove water before start the next cycle. rinse or spin cycle. check in the manual for the error code most of washing machine
if the error code is in users manual its means its only minor problem, but if
the error code is not in users manual its means you need to call an service
technician to not waste your money or time if you do by your self.
Whirlpool Duet front-load washer F02 usually means it is taking over 8
minutes for the washer to sense that the rinse or wash water has
drained, which either means that the drain/filter is clogged or the
pressure switch/tube is clogged (causing both the washer to over-fill
with water and not sensing that water has drained).
To clear out
the drain/filter, tilt the washer backwards a little for easier to the
kick-plate and support the front bottom with a wood block or similar,
remove the front kick-plate's (3) retaining screws and swing the
kick-plate up out of the way. The filter drain is behind the white knob
in the center, be prepared with something to catch any remaining water
and lots of towels to soak up any spills, and turn the knob
counter-clockwise to remove the filter.
Hi,
F33 error code indicates Pump
drive system error. Try running the unit empty, set to a cold/cold cycle. If
this does not help, you will need to have the unit checked by a service
technician.
"F/02"
Long Drain
If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and "F/02" is flashed.
NOTE: After 4 minutes the "Sud" error will be displayed, then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.
Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects.
If the above does not correct the problem, replace the pump

May 15, 2009 Hello, I had this exact same problem with my Frigidaire washer (E70) as bubbles100. I called an appliance repairman on 5/14/09 and paid him $60 to tell me my hot and cold water hoses were reversed/not properly installed.
This repairman was the cheapest priced $60 and he would work till he found the problem. I had one appliance repair company wanting to charge me $90 for 30 min and another wanting to charge $120 for 30 min. Hopefully this information can help save the next person some money by trying this first.
every cycle works just wont drain and its not clogged I installed new pump still wont work what puts power to the pump ?
