Bosch exxel the display has two elongated boxes showing and back light is on
it does nothing after that

At a glance it looks like an electronic control board problem, what you are describing is not an error code.
Try first disconnecting power, either tripping circuit breaker, or unplugging the power cord. Keep the machine disconnected for a couple of minutes.
If that does not clear the error, try holding down the start button for six seconds, until the panel reset.
If still no luck , then the electronic control may need replacement. The part must be tested by a technician. A control assembly is expensive, and there are more parts that can cause the electronic timer to jam.

Try first the reset procedure described at start.

Bosch Washing Machine error code F21 .. Error message indicates a motor bushes replacement are required...or motor electrical fault.
