Set your computer to 1280 by 1024 by 60 Hertz, for the best picture.

You need laptop-type 12V, 2.5A (minimum) adapter plugged into back of VGA plug

The power lead you need for this monitor is a standard EU 3 pin. you can purchase these from any good electrical or computer store.

The look like the old Kettle plugs if its of any help

Try to change the refresh rate of your monitor and/or reduce the resolution.
