Sounds like your TV has a PIP (picture in picture) that allows your AVI (audio visual input) to be viewed simultaneously with your cable input. Check the manual for the correct buttons, but the one you're looking for says either PIP or AVI or something along those lines. Hope this helps

the problem is most likely to be found on the HOrizontal Output Transistors note their numbers and replace them.this transistors are usually mounted on huge heatsinks.

Your PC video resolution is set too high for the monitor to display, you need to lower to the highest the monitor can support and for the best picture.

What you can do is go to a good computer hardware store like, new egg. or somewhere that sells core hardware for computers. you should be able to buy a PCI-E or a PCI ESata card so you can plug it in. hope this helps!

There could be a problem with the picture tube it could be dead( shorting) or the tube Transformer s damaged another course of this could be at the Horizontal section ie a Transistor or a Diode could be shorted .
Pls tell ur Technician to check all this .
Lastly Buy a new Monitor .

its overheating or the lamp is bad, get some canned air and spray the inside with the air.

I would try a degauss first, see that that gets rid of it.

What you are seeing is the high frequency equivalent of an echo. This is normally caused by external received signal problems rather than the set itself. Note that one of the images is stronger than the other; this is the primary received signal. The weaker one is occurring a few microseconds later and is being received as a reflection from a building or a poorly terminated cable. Repositioning your antenna or replacing your cable will probably help a lot.

This is usually a convergence problem.. Could you update this with the model number please. That will allow me to give you some specifics about what could be wrong and how to fix it.

It depends on what kind of programs he needs to work. I work with AutoCad 2008 and Google Sketch Up Pro Version 6 for my Architectural work on a low end PC. With a Pentium 4 @ 1.5 GHz, 512 MB RAM, and a small HDD, so you do not need much. Pretty much the cheapest new PC you can buy would be perfect. Hope I Helped!

ptc or decosing coil is bed or notworking proper so u have replace it

from experience i have noted that after some time the Horizontal Out-put Transistor (HOT)gets worn out.This is a big black transistor starting with cd,d,t etc mounted on a big heatsink.note the numbers and replace it.

replace the horizontal transistor near the EHT.

check the cable connected to the monitor run another monitor on your pc and if it does the same , try installing a serarate graphics board and if you are already doing that, replace that graphic board
