Now when you say blue power light, what are the rest of the lights doing, does the hard drive light flash, does the fans turn on, does the hard drive make it's spinning noise, if so you may just have a bad LCD inverter which is very common and about a 40$ part. you can test this by trying to hook the laptop up to an external monitor and see what happens.

My toshiba at200 table 10.1 wont turn on

1. When you press the power button to turn it on, do you see any thing on screen, like the toshiba boot up screen or something like that. Or is it completely blank (black color) always.

2. Can you see a faint image of your desktop (try to see it in dark place with flash light). This is important to confirm.

3. Also, when you press power button, do you see the LED lights on laptop blinking or solid green (which ones are in blinking/solid) and do hear any sound ? Or do you feel that your laptop doesnt even try to boot.

4. Can you hear any Beeps when you try to turn on the computer. If yes, what is the sequence of those beeps.

Continued......
If you answers are -
1.
blank
2.
no image
3.
only the satellite light is blue, the powercord is blue and the battery is blue
4.
no noise

Please do the following carefully and let me know result :
1. Shutdown and Unplug your laptop.
2. Remove the battery from the laptop.
3. Wait 2-3 minutes
4. Now press ON (power button on laptop) for 1 minute
5. Then release the finger and wait one more minute.
6. Now plug in the power cable (dont insert battery yet) and press ON button.
7. Did your screen start working now ? (do you see windows loading)

When my wow pad boots up it goes thru the infotec screen to a lite blue screen it cannot find E:/ to restore or anything it just stays on the blue screen.

Hi, maybe you can take a try of this rescue program called BootSuite. I came across similar blue screen situaiton on my HP laptop (win 7) and it helped me get rid of it and rescued my data back. It is an awesome toolkit that includes a boot CD and several other data rescue tools that help get your PC going even if Windows won't start or computer won't boot up at all. Good luck.

Black screen

If it's a lap yes you do have a back light but that isn't necessarily the problem. Laps have fn (function) keys that you may have hit accidentally. Look at your keyboard for any keys that may look like they have something to do with the brightness which you would hit the fn key first then the brightness key. You could also try to boot to the bios screen and "set defaults". It's also possible you've turned on the fn key to use an alternate monitor. You may be able to boot into safe mode and bypass any changed settings should this be the situation.
If nothing helps shine a light on your monitor if its an lcd and it it's the backlight you will still be able to see a screen just not lite up.
