This is what I could find. Does this fit your oven? is this what you need to replace? I'm not really qualified on this unit, just tryin to find what I could for you Replacing the Cntrl-elec (Part Number: AP4089341) for Jenn-Air model JJW8527AAW: 1.) SHUT OFF POWER to the oven. 2.) Enter the model number at the find parts tab. 3.) View the diagram showing the Control Panel and associated parts. 4.) The control panel can be removed with a Phillips screw driver. There are 4 screws below and under the Control Panel. Remove all four. 5.) Now place your hands on both sides of the Control Panel and with CONTROLLED force lift up then out. I emphasize controlled force since above your Control Panel like mine may be a microwave oven. Wives are not cool when their appliances are chipped by oafish husbunds. 6.) Remove the three "ribbon" cables from the cntrl-elec from right to left. You may want to mark them so they are replaced properly. I needed my wife's hands for this while I held the Control Panel. Be careful not to bend the pins. I marked them with electrical tape. 7.) Use a flat bladed screw driver to pry up both ends of the 17 wire "ribbon" cable. Remove it by hand. 8.) Using a 1/4 inch hex rachet wrench to remove the four screws holding the cntrl-elec to Control Panel. 9.) Notice the old cntrl-elec's orientation. Now replace it with the new cntrl-elec with the same orientation. 10.) Fasten the cntrl-elec to the Control Panel with the hex screws. 11.) Carefully replace the 17 wire "ribbon" cable. 12.) Now carefully replace the three "ribbon" cables. 13.) INSURE all of the cables and wires are securely out of the way before replacing the Control Panel. I read on two posts where apparently this was not done and one or more of the cables and/or wires was damaged. This is not an easy fix. In fact for someone of my skill level this is "call the Jenn-Air repair technican time." 14.) Replace the Control Panel and fasten it in place with the screws from underneath. 15.) Turn on power to the oven and test all functions to insure a successful implementation of the cntrl-elec.

Miele oven can't be set to bake at 375 degrees

The default for most Miele oven is 375 - however this is an earlier model oven that only allowed (as yo said) ten degree increments - I am afraid that there is no solution to that.
370 or 380 would be your options

more than likely there is an issue with one of the temp sensors. you will need to press and hold clear then upper on off at the same time then release them then immed. press clear 3 times and hold on the 3rd till the service screen appears. on the right side you will see internal temp and catalyst temp they should be equal or very close. ill bet one of them is alot higher than the other if so the sensor will need replace but depends which one is bad as there are 2 of them. if the problem is on the lower just repeat above but use lower instead of upper

it will either be the sensor or the board, hopefully it's not the board, the part number for the sensor is 4455636 and subs to w10131825,the sensor is around 100 bucks, there should be a tech sheet on the machine most likely behind the touch pad on the top,it will tell you how to check the sensor with a meter, just unplug the sensor and read it out i think it's around 1100 ohms but check that on the tech sheet,if it's not the sensor most likely it will be the board part number 4453661 and that's around 300 buckseverything runs through this computer board but the sensor tells it how hot it is in the oven hopefully you have a bad sensor.let me know what you find, you'll most likely have to pull the oven to repair it but maybe just enough to get the top open, good luck

When set to bake eg: 350 degrees the audio alarm will indicate it's reached temp but the oven is 50- 75 degrees lower. Must wait another 15 min for it to reach the proper temp. Have tried to adjust the off...

If you are monitoring the oven temperature with an analog style thermometer you may actually be ok, but seeing the thermometers slow reaction time.
Some newer ovens actually do pre-heat beep prior to reaching temp in an effort to conserve eelectricity.
A good home test is to try your oven at several different temps to see if there is any variation in internal temperature. Try it one day on 300, the next at 375 and another day at 450. Give your analog style thermometer time to catch up (usually just about 15 min) and leave it on for a half an hour to see if the temp maintains.
Also Beware of aluminum foil AND THE NEW OVEN LINER MATS as they can alter oven performance bay absorbing and blocking the ovens natural heat radiation and convection air flow currents that happen in all ovens, not just convection models.
Another interesting fact is that older ovens used a thermostat in them that operated much like your thermometer and was very slow to react making the oven typically about 100 degrees hotter than where the customer set it. This was just a fact of life before the advent of electronic temperature management and became noticeable when people began trying to bake older "hand me down" recipes in the newer ovens with less than stellar results.
You can mimic the older oven performance by preheating the oven about a hundred degrees higher than called for and after it reaches temp, re-set it to the correct temperature and put the items in right away.
If you find your temperatures fluctuating ask your servicer to replace first the temp sensor and as a last resort the control board as this part is usually pretty expensive.
Good Luck with this!
