I wonder if it's normal. Because the temperature is perfect, the freezer and the refrigerator keeps the food. It's only this noise, many times a day that puzzles me and I'm afraid to see my next electricity bill. Do you have any idea what this strange noise may be. the fan and the compressor do not make noises.

YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE DEFROST CIRCUIT. NORMALLY BOTH THE DEFROST COMPONENTS NEED TO BE REPLACED. NOT OFTEN DOES THE DEFROST TIMER GIVE TROUBLE SO IF BOTH COMPONENTS ARE REPLACED AND ELEMENT IS GOOD BUT ICE STILL BUILDS UP THEN TIMER WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED AS WELL.

I think I answered this in an earlier post.
The noise is the fan banging against the motor housing. It's not a defective motor, it's a poorly designed motor.
The solution is to shim the motor mount so it is slightly out of level which will keep the fan from bouncing off the motor housing.
The reason Samsung won't service is they don't understand the problem. I've seen this a half-dozen times.
Trust me -- SHIM THE MOTOR MOUNT!

Try setting it to lower temperature. If that don't work the thermostat is bad.
