There are some push buttons on your remote control handset is internally shorting with each other. The only way to retify it is either by cleaning the internal parts of your present remote control or buying a new one.
To clean the remote control, you have to open it. Most of the remote controls are slip lock type fittings, and can be opened with the help of a small knife, inserting between the slits of upper and lower cabin pieces. Put the knife at the side slits, and gently lift without breaking its cabin of locks. Some models will have one or tw screws, additional to these lock fits. Remove batterise before opening it, and check if there is any screw in the battery compartment.
On opening, you can see a printed circuit board, with 4 or 5 components. Clean the surface of that board [tuching face of kepad], with a smooth cotton cloath piece, dipped in pure alcohol or medecial quality turpentine. Never use any strong solvents like thinner or petrol, as they will damage the plastic and rubber parts. Clean the carbon rubber pads of the touch pad also. Dry it well before reassambling.
After these, your remote should work fine. If not, you have to buy an other, and your remote is irreparable. OK.
