I talked to custom service at White Sewing Company at 800-331-3164 and they directed me to a website to download the manual for free. Go to www.singerco.com and search for "wsl734" (white superlock 734). It probably has other manuals but I wouldn't have known what model number to search if she hadn't told me.

I know this thread was left over 2 years ago but I just have to say that "I Love YOU!" I got a white 534 serger from a friend for FREE. Yes FREE! I could not figure out the tension for the life of me. I poured over the book and spent hours. Decided to come to the internet and first solution I come upon... boom! PERFECT!!! My problem was that my dials were not set to zero..... they were twisted two full rotations to zero, with full mega tension. The book said NOTHING about the NO tension thing. Helped tremendously and now I can serge till my kids come down stairs cause they need food!
