SOURCE: atech weather station with

First thing to do is remove all batteries. After you do that, insert the new batteries into your receiver unit. After a few seconds, insert the batteries into first sensor (-> ch 1) After first sensor has connected (beep from receiver) insert the batteries into second sensor. SOURCE: I have a Sharp SPC502

Try pushing the reset button on the inside of the battery compartment of the remote unit then push the reset button on the back of the main unit (you'll need a paperclip or tooth pick to push the buttons). If that fails I'd start from scratch by removing the batteries from both the remote unit and the main unit then replace the batteries to the remote unit first and push reset, then replace the batteries to the main unit and if necessary push the reset button on the main unit too. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: Sharp Weather Station Model SPC344 The outside

After inserting the batteries, DO NOT set the time until the OUTSIDE temperature registers. That's the trick.

SOURCE: changed the batteries in both the transmitter and weather station. It doesn't show temperature on the transmitter or show temperature and humidity on weather station

In some of these weather stations, you have to install the batteries in the transmitter first and then the weather station within a certain time limit. Also, the weather station must be within a specified distance from the transmitter when replacing the batteries.

If you look on the weather station, there should be a make and model number. If you have that, you can visit the website (if there is one) and download an instruction booklet for your model.

I have the Atomic Clock model W86111. I had to change the batteries on the outside device. The clock outside temp just flashes 63.5 all the time. How do I make it sync to the device outside?

Remove all batteries from outdoor sensor and weather station.

Press one of the buttons on the weather station at least 20 times to clear all memory.

Verify that the weather station is blank before proceeding (there may be lines painted on
the screen that will show when power is removed).

Leave both units without power for 15 minutes (very important).

Insert fresh batteries into the clock.

Insert fresh batteries into the outdoor sensor.

Press the TX button on the outdoor sensor to transmit RF signal.

Keep the outdoor sensor 5-10 feet from the forecast station.

When RF connection is established, the temperature will appear on the station. Allow the
outdoor sensor and weather station to sit together for 15 minutes to establish a strong
connection.

Acurite weather forcaster not showing outside temp

Here's the manual for the AcuRite Weather Forecaster. If it's not showing the outside temperature, make sure the A-B-C switch is set to match the display unit. Not doing so might be the reason it's not synchronizing and displaying the outdoor temperature. https://www.acurite.com/media/manuals/75077-75107-instructions.pdf

I have inherited a IT-915 MHz wireless temp. station--the batteries in outside sensor were taken out but still in box-can i put them back in at this time to reset the sensor and how to set them ?

You shoud use new batteries because you dont know how old the ones that are present are. You should also use lithium battteries in the weather station sensors because they last longer and have better low temp response. The batteries should have marks on them that correspond with the marks inside the sensors.

Cannot get the weather station model ws-916ou-it to show outside temperature

I have three of these WS-916OU-IT units. After a few years, the outside sensor just fails. You will get dashes and a "TR" low battery signal, even if the batteries are good
just buy another whole weather station (short money) and set both the old and new weather station unit to receive from the single new outdoor sensor.
To do this - just follow the procedure for a single sensor - that is - put the batteries in the new sensor - then within 30 seconds - put the batteries in all the weather stations - they will all pick up the same outdoor sensor.
I now have three units running off of one outdoor sensor.
Seems a bit silly, but it works.
