Good morning. We have a Bizbub C35 how is it possible that the Meter reading has gone wrong? it is showing we have done 41000 copies yet we have only used 2000 sheets of paper. how do we fix it?

Remove the paper tray and place it back correctly

Might require having the firmware up graded get a konicaminolta tech out to up grade the firm ware from a secure konicaminolta web site.

all those toys, when broken can be expensive...to fix. labor.... and parts

next time check all fuses, in cab and engine bay .box.
if fuses look bad they are,! blown up.
if they look good, they can in fact, be bad. hmmmmmmmm....
use any ohm meter (any,DMM/DVM) and select ohms low
0 ohms is good.
infinity is bad fuse. every time,

ohms is the value of resistance, all full meters have this check
0 can be 0 to 1ohm if meter has auto zero , 0 will be 0 (RTM )
if not, most read about 0.3 ohms or the meter lead contract restance which we ignore on cheap meters)

Could it ???? That's a good question... I have seen the meter stop working. I don't know, but did anyone try to manually change the hard counter? Maybe your service company may have your copier set in service mode to click twice for 11 x 17 or for two sided copies? One test you can do is to write down the meter reading and make ten copies and recheck the meter. If it clicks ten times, the meter is working and try making four 11 x 17 copies and look at the meter to see if it clicked four times. If the meter is working correctly, your service company is ripping you off or they are billing the wrong company.......

Hi, i suppose you mean the copier meter reading. There are two ways one is for the copies made and the other for prints made. Press and hold # for reading prints made and press and hold 0 for copies made. Read the six digits that appears and record on a sheet of paper as they start and thats the reading. To know daily readings, subtract the figure for evening from the one for morning and the difference is your reading.

You can try this.
Press the access button, You will see a button called Enablement Code, then enter this number. *33886714351 .
Make sure you entter the * first, that is the button bottom left on the keypad.
That should allow you 5000 more pages. But it can only be done once. May or may not work on that product. But thats all I know.

Hi ..... Charge the battery fully, take a reading (good battery 12.5 - 12.8) and start the bike, Place a multi meter across the battery, with the bike running it should show a reading of 13.2 - 14.2. If the system is charging then it's your battery .............. least time I've had out of one was exactly one year of use on a Harley, eight days out of the warranty period. If you leave the battery overnight then take a second reading in the morning, it'll tell you if it 'bleeds' overnight or at rest. If you've got extras like heated grips, radio etc, make up a simple test bulb with two leads, disconnect negative lead and place one lead onto negative lead and second onto frame. If bulb glows or illuminates when ignition is off you have something the wrong side of the ignition draining the battery.

I would say that is not the correct meter. The meter is only 6 digits long, maybe 7 it's been awhile scine I looked at one. You probly have a meter of 0136012. There is only one hard counter / meter in the copier. It's not even the serial number?? Good luck

You have one of three issues here.
Either the thermostat has gone bad,
The thermal cutout has gone bad ontop of the compressor,
or the capacitor is out for the compressor.

Take an hom meter and check the thermal cutout, it should read 0 ohms or "continuity" if it doesnt the cutout is bad.

The only real way to check the cap is with a cap meter.

as for the thermostat check it with a n hom meter to make sure you have good connections internal the thermostat.
