Run the snmp-agent trap enable feature-name feature-name trap-name trap-name command in the system view to enable a trap of a specified module.
Run the undo snmp-agent trap enable feature-name feature-name trap-name trap-name command in the system view to disable a trap of a specified module.
For example, to enable the hwethernetarpipconflictevent trap of the Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) module, run the following commands:
<HUAWEI> system-view [HUAWEI]<strong> snmp-agent trap enable feature-name arp trap-name hwethernetarpipconflictevent </strong> For example, to disable the hwethernetarpipconflictevent trap of the Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) module, run the following commands:
<HUAWEI><strong> system-view </strong> [HUAWEI]<strong> undo snmp-agent trap enable feature-name arp trap-name hwethernetarpipconflictevent </strong> S2300 Switch Thunder link com

Were is anti theft module on Cadillac srx 2005

Vehicle Theft Deterrent (VTD) Description and Operation
The vehicle theft deterrent (VTD) system functions are provided by the theft deterrent control module. When an ignition key is inserted into the ignition lock cylinder and the ignition is switched ON, the transponder embedded in the head of the key is energized by the exciter coils surrounding the ignition lock cylinder. The energized transponder transmits a signal that contains its unique value, which is received by the theft deterrent control module. The theft deterrent control module then compares this value to a value stored in memory, learned key code. If the value is correct the theft deterrent control module sends a random generated number to the transponder, this is called a challenge. Both the transponder and the theft deterrent control module perform a calculation on the challenge, if the calculations match the theft deterrent control module sends the fuel continue password via the serial data circuit to the Engine control module (ECM). If either the transponders unique value or the calculation to the challenge is incorrect the theft deterrent control module will send the fuel disable password to the ECM via the serial data circuit. The components of the VTD system are as follows:
• Theft deterrent control module
• Engine control module (ECM)
• Ignition key (Transponder)
• Ignition lock cylinder
• Security indicator
Theft Deterrent Control Module
Vehicles with steering column mounted ignition switches have the exciter integral with the theft deterrent control module which is located within the steering column. Vehicles with instrument panel mounted ignition switches have exciter modules separate from the theft deterrent control module with the vehicle wiring harness connecting the two. The theft deterrent control module for vehicles with instrument panel mounted ignition switches is located within the instrument panel. The theft deterrent control module can learn up to ten keys (transponder values).
The theft deterrent control module uses the following inputs, battery voltage, ignition switched voltage and ground circuit. The theft deterrent control module uses the following outputs, password exchange with the ECM, fuel continue/disable via the serial data circuit.
Both the transponder and the theft deterrent control module perform a calculation on the challenge. The theft deterrent control module then performs one of the following functions:
• If both the transponder value and the calculation to the challenge are correct, the theft deterrent control module will send the fuel continue password to the ECM via the serial data circuit.
• If either the transponders unique value or the calculation to the challenge is incorrect the theft deterrent control module will send the fuel disable password to the ECM via the serial data circuit.
• If the theft deterrent control module is unable to measure the ignition key transponder value for one second due to a damaged or missing pellet or a damaged exciter, the theft deterrent control module will send the fuel disable password to the ECM via the serial data circuit.
Important: On some vehicles, If the VTD system is unable to read the ignition key transponder value after the vehicle has started, the VTD system will consider itself malfunctioning. The VTD system will enter a fail enable state and will command the security indicator to illuminate. When the VTD system is in a fail enable state the vehicle will NOT stall or stop running. If the VTD system is in a fail enable state when the ignition is switched OFF, the VTD system will remain fail enable until it is able to read a learned ignition key transponder value. When the VTD system is in a fail enable state the VTD system is NOT active and the vehicle will start. This feature is NOT available on all GM vehicle lines.

Buick century 3.1 2000 security light staying on car wont crank what can that be

It's the anti-theft system . (SECURITY ) Keeps vehicle from being stolen !
Important: If the wrong ignition key is used in an attempt to start the vehicle, a Data Trouble Code (DTC) will be set and the Body Control Module (BCM) will not send a fuel enable or starter enable message to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) for three minutes even if the correct ignition is used.
The Pass-Key II?® Theft Deterrent system prevents vehicle theft by disabling the starter motor and fuel system. If the Body Control Module (BCM) dose not identify the use of the correct ignition key to start the vehicle, the (BCM) will communicate a message to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) which will disable the crank relay and fuel delivery to the engine.
When the (BCM) identifies the use of the correct ignition key (resistor pellet) to start the vehicle, the (BCM) will send a fuel enable and starter enable message to the (PCM) which will allow the vehicle to start.
Your best bet would be have it towed to a qualified repair shop !

How do I reset anti theft on2000 ford explorer

The passive vehicle protection system will be activated and will disable the vehicle from starting if there is a:
  • damaged encoded key.
  • unprogrammed key.
  • non-encoded key (key has no electronics).
  • wiring concern.
  • transceiver concern.
  • PCM concern.
  • module communications network concern.
Reset ? IF your anti-theft system light is flashing when trying to start your vehicle , an the engine doesn't crank , turn , or nothing happens when you turn key , then your anti theft system is at fault ! An trying to reset will not work ,you need to have it checked DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes ,then fixed ! I suggest you have it towed to the dealer or a ASE certified repair shop !
PATS uses the powertrain control module (PCM) to enable or disable the engine. The PATS module communicates with the PCM over the SCP communication network in order to enable engine operation. The PATS module and the PCM use sophisticated messages in order to prevent a theft. The PATS and the PCM share security data when first installed together, making them a matched pair. After this security data sharing, these modules will not function in other vehicles. The PCM shared security ID is remembered even if the battery is disconnected. The PATS module also stores the vehicle's key identification code, even if the battery is disconnected. There are special diagnostic repair procedures outlined in this workshop manual that may be carried out if either the PATS module or the PCM needs replacement.

How to disable idm extention from chrome?

When you install IDM on your Windows computer, it also installs its IDM Integration Module Chrome extension. But, due to above restriction of Chrome, the extension is disabled by default and you need to enable it manually from the extensions page. To enable the IDM Integration Module, visit Chrome's extensions page from Menu > Settings > Extensions (or, simply type chrome://extensions in the address bar). You would find all installed extensions on this page including the IDM Integration Module. Click on the "Enable" check box in front of it, as shown in the above screenshot.
Once enabled, you can enjoy downloading media (audio and video) and other file types from websites right in the Internet Download Manager. If you don't trust IDM and facing any stability issue after installing it, you should disable the extension, or even remove it from Chrome by clicking on the "Delete" icon next to the Enable checkbox.
