From the information you have supplied, I suspect that the machine is not draining the water away,
1] Check that the drain pump is working (it would be easier to hear it running, before the machine starts the spin cycle, or if your machine has a "drain down" feature)
2] If the pump is running, stop the machine and unplug it from the mains power. Remove the machine drain tube from the point where it is plumbed into the household waste pipe, and lay it down into a bucket, or large pan and allow the water to drain down [ you should expect to get up to 2 gallons (10 Litres) of water from the machine]
Allow the water to drain down completely by holding the drain hose as low as possible into the bucket.
3] once the water has drained completely, remove the drain hose from the pump and check that the drain hose is not blocked.
4] If the hose was clear, and the pump was running (in tests [1] & [2] ), it will be necessary to check that the drain pump, and the main hose from the tub to the pump are clear of obstructions.
Remove any foreign objects, and re-assemble the hoses to the pump to the machine, and the drain hose to the domestic plumbing.

Plug the machine into the mains power, and and set the machine to run on the "last rinse" and "spin" cycles and test to see if the problem has been rectified.

I hope this helps cure your problem.

SOURCE: my samsung front load washer wont stay in the spin

there could be few problems, and your right, floor could be the problem.
Try holding it by the corners when begining a cycle, so you can see where is the problem, which corner is not leveld
(The testing: when begining a cycle puch down one corner at the time and only one, when machine apper's stable diagonaly from that corner is the problem, you need it higher)
Also there could be a problem with iner springs (that are holding the drum), one may come lose, check that if you can

SOURCE: samsung washer wf218anb/xaa has code dc and wont

The DC error code is an unbalanced laundry error. Try putting less clothes in and if that doesn't fix the problem, then replace the hall sensor( located behind the drum, underneath the rotor).

SOURCE: My samsung washer model no.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

Samsung 'LE' decodes as 'natural drain/water leak error' whatever that means!
I would gently suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not even go to spin or release the door lock if there is any water still left inside.
Here are my complete guidance notes for checking both the drain motor filter and the drain motor ;-0)
-------------------------------------

If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and most are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play!

REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT!
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. If it doesn't work then the motor is malfunctioning!

Hope the filter is the problem and good luck!

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome. If your washer doesn't drain or spin, you may read and learn what parts may cause this. First, you will want to check your water pump. You need to make sure it is working. Make sure you check the belt on the pump. Make sure it is not broken or loose. Also, make sure your pulley is not stuck in place. Sometimes, they will stick or barely turn at all. If this is the case, you will need to replace it. If the pump, pulley, and belt are working, make sure your motor is working. You should be able to hear it if it is. If it isn't, check your lid switch. The lid switch can cause the motor to not work. It may need adjusted. If not, go ahead and change it. A bad lid switch may cause the washer to not work at all. Now, if your pump is pumping and the washer still won't spin, you will want to check your belt and clutch. Once again, the belt may be broke or loose. Check to make sure your clutch is not worn also. This may be a case of a bad lid switch again as well. You could have a bad drive motor. This is what controls spinning, draining, and agitation. You could have a broken motor coupler. Over time, they will go bad and need replaced. It is possible that your transmission is slipping or damaged. And lastly, you could have a bad basket drive ir spin bearing. This is what allows the inner tub to move. If this is the case, you will probably hear loud sounds or loud banging. This noise is heard in the spin cycle.

Samsung washer wf328aaw/xaa not draining, lines cleared, pump replaced. At first got an overflow code, but then ND not draining, however in rinse and spin cycle it drains without code???

Hi,

please power cycle your machine and try the solo drain again. If it does not work, try the solo rinse function first. Then, try the solo drain function again. There might be a weight distribution sensor that senses when the machine contains uneven distribution caused by soaked clothes. Doing the previous steps would allow us to test this hypothesis.

Thank you.

My Lg too load washer sprays water during spin cycle

It is normal for a washer to spin and spray fresh water over the clothes during rinse period. I don’t know why it would leave clothes wet. Look at your options. See if you can turn off rinse n spin to just spin.

Rinse and spin cycle keeps repeating at 11 minute time to 17 minute time and won't stop

Sounds like your washer does not empty enough water for the spinning to stop. Have you check that the filter(s) are not clogged?
