I'm trying to remove the drawer from my Samsung pedestal also! The only screws I can find to release the drawer, are under the sides of black plastic (the actual drawer) so I can not get to them. So,

drawer should not be screwed in it might be old soap scum that hold it in if you give it a good yank it should come out

In the hoses where they connect to the house water supply you should have a wire screen filter. They can get clogged with sediment from the water and slow the water flow.
