If you can , take a section of the rubber you require to a shop that sells rubber products ( mats ,pools , mattresses rubber mouldings etc) as they have a range of rubber mouldings that may be suitable
try plumber wholesalers that sell baths , showers and toilets as they may be the agent for the manufacturer of the doors
Lastly the doors may be made by a glass fitter shop and they may have the rubber to suit the aluminium surrounds of the glass
