Are you loading the copies to be filed in the right direction. Some printers require face up for autopull, for manual opening the lid the copy should be face down.

Canon IR 2018 runs normally but returns a completely blank page. Copier has just been serviced and the service man removed and cleaned the laser unit.
If you have blank copies and prints, and the service man cleand laser, that means that laser unit isnt correctly in or laser shutter doesnt move.
Call him back and claim warranty
