Printers are programmed to reject non-genuine ink tanks and toner cartridges.
Some of them are also designed/programmed to stop working altogether if you fit an aftermarket product and you will have to get a new printer. Most likely you have one of those.
Never use non genuine products. You can try and pull the new genuine OEM toner cartridge out and refit it and see if the machine will reset and recognise it. If not I don't think you are going to get it printing again and you will be up for a new printer..
Follow some of the trouble shooting procedures in the user manual and if none of these work you are probably done with that printer.
Use genuine toner when refill. If it was refilled by a service, they use incorrect tones. If message is incorrect and the toner is the correct, your printer has come electronic problem and should be repaired.
means whoever installed your windows used a non genuine code ie one thats been used on another computer probably, there is ways to change the product key to stop this message appearing but you will either have to buy one or get hold of a used code. if its windows xp it will stop working, if its vista or windows 7 it will likely still work but some stuff will be limited and u will have non genuine message.
You are supposed to purchase a genuine copy of Windows, or a genuine license number.
Purchasing a genuine copy of Windows you will need to reinstall the system afterward.
There are also ways to remove the non-genuine message, one way is for example doing a system restore to a date before the message was displayed. This won't make the copy of Windows genuine. It will simply get rid of the message but you will still not be able to perform updates and to get the advantages of genuine Windows OS.
If there is a license sticker on top of the computer, you can make the copy genuine by reinstalling Windows with the number in the COA sticker.
You can purchase system at nearest computer shop. See for example
Windows Vista ..
Are the toners really chipped for the printer you have ?
There are 8 printers (including the multifunction variants as yours is) that take a SIMILAR cartridge.
They vary in capacity and chip. Some remanufacturers don't realise and have been sening out cartidges for these with the wrong chip fitted.
There has also been a bad batch of chips (a while ago now).
The solution is quuite simple, contact your supplier tell them what the problem is (error message etc) and they should be able to check the cartridge in their test printer (a GOOD remanufacturer will have a test printer for each of the cartridges they produce - how could they test their product otherwise !!).
hello. you have to pay for windows, or, if you try you can find a crack for that. your solution is here on google search, but that is well you know what.
