You can try this.
STEP 1:
Set Program protect and Combi Protect to OFF.
- GLOBAL
- Using PAGE+ or PAGE-,
find untill the display show "3A-MEMORY PROTECT".
Set the parameter to OFF by using YES or NO button.
STEP 2:
Data Load.
- GLOBAL.
- Using PAGE+ or PAGE-,
find untill the display show "05A-PRESET DATA".
Change ALL to PRG (your case).
Use Left/Right Arrow button to moving cursor.
Choose "PRE-a" (your case).
Move cursor to "OK?".
Press YES when "OK" blinking for confirm.
Exit (Go to PROG button).

If this unit is running on a wall wart power adapter, it is possible that the adapter is NOT the correct one. Make sure it is the orginal adapter for the unit. A lot of Korg stuff requires adapters with more filtering or regulation. So called "Universal" adapters usually will NOT work. Please specify your model number as "TR" doesn't compute.

Some of these are easy to get the batteries in backward. Also see if the soldering of the battery contacts may have broken loose.

First thing... make sure you are using the KA320 power adapter with it. We will work from there.

The unit probably is sensing an error of some type. Check these things: That NO key or button is STUCK down. Next, one could try reseating the memory sticks if you have expanded memory.

Let me know if you find a button or key is stuck down (not uncommon when unit has been wrapped) or you are using the wrong power adapter.
