How do you get the ink to work? I put in new ink and when I am printing a page, the page is blank.

If the ink cartridges is a refll, generic (not HP), a lot of HP printers will only use HP ink cartridges that is new , no refill's...Sorry I had the same problem...

My HP Deskjet F380 will only print blank pages. There is plenty of ink left in both cartridges. I've been on the HP help site. It didn't help. It won't photocopy either. It printed the top part...

the body of text of the test page is black ink. From what you describe, the print heads are clogged. Most HPs use cartridges that have the head built in, but if not used for an externded period they can dry up and clog.
Try repeated head cleanings (10 or more) see if any change. If none, try new HP ink cartridges

My printer will not print off the web, it prints my documents, but not off the web

Make sure that you are using a postscript driver and not a PCL driver. Many web pages will not print correctly to a PCL printer. Also ensure that the web page your printing is print friendly. Many pages on the web do not print if they use DIV layers. These pages usually have a "print friendly" link somewhere on the page.

Blank pages between printed pages

This can be a issue with the setting of the page type is off, such as card-stock, transparency and so on. Check to see if the setting for the page type and size are set correctly, ive seen issues like this when the settings are not correct. Let me know if this worked.
