At this point nothing as I don't want to risk any damage. I have been told it is possible but as yet I can't see how and was not too sure of the technical skills of my adviser.
Hello Alan.
Yes you can connect your ME-25 to the BR-800, there is no risk to damage any. it is simple, you may use both outputs of the pedal and send them via two normal 1/4 plug guitar cables to two of the channels of the DR (i.e. ch 1 & 2) to avoid an initial saturation of the recording preamp, set the input sens pot at minimum and the sliders very close to minimum as you try playing and looking the levels on the display and adjunting them to the optimum.
To connect the DR to an amp you should use the pair of RCA jacks named LINE OUT (R & L) depending of the amp you have there might be the need for a conversion cable or plug adapters. The out put of the DR is stereo, and if you want to use a guitar amp, commonly mono, you should mix both channels to send them to one input, this can be done by putting two 10 kohms resistors in series with each channel output and joining the other end to the input.
Good luck and best wishes
