Everything seems normal but washer is stuck in pause and will not start.
Hi friend, thanks for your inquiry!
If your washer continues to display an error code of "PAU" it could be an issue with your door lock but if the door strike is not sitting properly within the latch your washer will continue to provide the error code "PAU". Additionally, if your control panel is registering that the door is closed you may continue to experience the "PAU" code. I would recommend having a professional come and properly diagnosis your washer to prevent any unnecessary part purchases. I hope this is helpful. -OOS

Turn program selector to "off". Turn
selector to Drain or Spin. Press the start / pause. Wait until program ends. Open door.
OR
Press "start / pause" until the start /
pause light flashes.
OR
First, unplug the machine
and turn off the water supply. On the lower right of the front panel is a
6" / 15mm cover. Near the bottom of this cover is a small hole. Insert a
piece of wire into this hole, and push in gently. While pushing, turn the cover clockwise, it will came off.
The door release is a narrow white plastic strip
hanging down on the right; Pull down on this strip while pushing in on the
door, the door lock will release.

Hello Tim Houk - Is the washer making a humming noise? If so, either the drain hose or pump is clogged and needs cleaning. Will the drum manually rotate (when it is not in use)? If it does not, then the drum could possibly be unbalance and/or have a broken shock/bearing. Verify that the door is securely latching or it will also prevent the washer from starting. I strongly suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately to assist with the repairs.
