SOURCE: printer problems
Sounds like one or more of your printheads is worn out. They are designed to be user replaceable, and wear out after a certain amount of usage.
Black is obvious, but if the lines are purplish, your yellow head is bad. If they're greenish, your magenta head is bad. If they're reddish, your cyan head is bad.
Vertical lines are very unusual. Can you scan a printout and post it somewhere that we can look at it?

Hi. Since you already tried and test all major troubleshooting that should fixed the problem, and yet still geting same result. I that suggest that you need replace the Printhead. In most cases, cleaning the printhead by soaking it to a warm water for about 1 1/2 hour would clear/break the solid debris that is clogging the printhead. Try that first before getting a new printhead.

Delete your temporary internet files and try the download again. otherwise download on another pc and copy the driver to a usb pen and transfer it into yours.
