#1 says he has a blue hat.
If #3 sees two red hats then he knows he has a blue hat. Since he says he does not know the color of his hat, #1 and #2 do not both have red hats. They may both have blue hats, or one a blue hat and the other a red hat.
If #2 sees a red hat then he knows his hat is blue since #3 did not see two red hats. Since he says he does not know the color of his hat, #1 must have a blue hat.

The expression that gives you the result you were looking for is as in the screen capture.
It is to say the least a very clumsy way to write it and I am not surprised you made mistakes typing it. I would too.
At leats unclutter the expression by removing all those 1 before a parenthesis. If there is nothing explicitely written before a parenthesis it is always 1x the content of the parentheses.
That is what it looks like after removing the redundant 1x
You can still do better by computing the differences inside the various internal parentheses. (1-0.3)=0.7
You can still arrange it further. And I leave it to you.
Having a calculator is not a sufficient reason to park the brain in idle gear.
