Empty, fill with water only run through spin cycle. Replace clothes
do not overload and try to distribute clothes in an even weight pattern over the tub bottom.
Remove the lower rear panel of washer.
Locate and remove the large black hose fastened to bottom of drum.
Remove and clean plastic filter inside the hose, reassmble and test for leaks.
Have some cloths ready to mop up any water that may appear..
empty the washer. then remove the bottom panel of the machine.put some water in it and see if the water is leaking when it is filling or full.I have seen a small hole in the tub just behind the bottom counter balance where the mounting bolt goes you may need to use a small mirror to look under there.
hello mam please check the drain filter and clean it then if the water is leaking change the 'o'ring to change the ring please call the engineer.once in a week use descaling powder and run the washer without loading clothes.
this could be a simple issue or a severe issue. if you feel adventurous disconnect unit, and remove Rear access panel. inspect the rear bearring at the pulley, check for oil leakage and water residue. if there is water around the bearring the unit requires an overhaul. if nothing you should be ok. it could be a disconnected vent at the top of the machine. remove front access panel and inspect all rubber boots and connections for water. this is best done just after washer has leaked, inspect where water is comming from. there are many things that could be causing this.
it could be the pump but there is a seal in the tube where the transmissin goes through the tub that seal has a common problem of leaking but if it 10 years old i would replace the machine
a faulty inlet water valve, the valveis not fullly closing causing water to trickle in, replacethe valve ( in the meantime turn off the water inbetween unsage)
disconnect the hose on the bottom and see if the seal is good.If it is good, then remove the back panel, start the washer and watch and see what seal is broke and you can visually see the exact spot the water is leaking from.
