Is the door latching? If not then you have found the problem of no cleaning. The door MUST latch before cleaning will initiate.

I assume you mean you've got a message come up telling you to clean the cassette recording heads. The camera has detected either that the heads are getting dirty, or sufficient time has elapsed that they could do with a clean. By a cassette cleaning tape - which looks like a normal tape but with white papery stuff - follow the instructions and run it for the recommended time. Hopefully this will cause the message to disappear.

First you need to be sure that the cleaning program is completed, if you cancel the program before it`s completed the machine will keep asking for cleaning. If you have tried to run the program several times and the alarm still lights up, then there`s a software problem. The only way to reset this is then to change the Main electronic board, that is very expencive and you should really concider to live with the alarm

it is crashed with the oldest instalation files I guess
you must first clean all the data related to the instalation (in program files)
and then download the new software, dont install the oldest
and you can use it again
