I have a Thermador CM302BS oven and it will beep just once about every 30 minutes. No lights are on or anything?

If your Thermador CM302BS oven is beeping once every 30 minutes without any visible indication on the control panel, it's possible that the oven is experiencing an error or malfunction that is not being properly displayed. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the owner's manual: Consult the oven's owner's manual to see if there are any troubleshooting tips related to the beeping issue. Look for any error codes or messages that may be related to the beeping.
  2. Reset the oven: Try resetting the oven by turning off the circuit breaker that powers it, waiting a few minutes, and then turning the circuit breaker back on. This can sometimes clear up temporary issues with the oven's electronics.
  3. Check the oven's self-diagnostic system: The Thermador CM302BS oven has a self-diagnostic system that can be accessed by pressing a series of buttons on the control panel. Consult the owner's manual to see how to access the self-diagnostic system and check for any error codes or messages.
  4. Contact a repair technician: If you are unable to resolve the issue using the above steps, it's possible that there is a more serious issue with the oven's electronics that requires the attention of a qualified repair technician. Contact Thermador customer support or a local appliance repair service to schedule a service call.
It's important to address any issues with your oven promptly to ensure that it is operating safely and efficiently.

Thermador oven door won't close all the way -

Have exactly the same situation. All the solutions I have seen talk about replacing the hinges or seal. But people report the same thing happens a month later. Looking hard at the door what it needs is something to pull it right at the top. So I installed a rare earth magnet from www.kjmagnetics.com I used part number BX884DCS which costs $4. It mounts with a couple of screws and I put it on the door a couple of inches down from the top.
Its possible that heat from the oven will kill the magnet over time but for $4 I can replace it for a lot less than hinges and it works great. The door closes more securely than it ever did when the oven was new.
Hope this helps.

Probe light stays on so

After calling an authorized technician and the thermador support line, neither of which solved my problem, i was told a HARD RESET of the PROBE is all that is required. This problem originally occurred on my Thermador double oven after a power outage and rendered my oven unusable b/c the probe light would not go off -- even though i had never used the probe! To hard reset the PROBE, turn off the oven at the breaker box, plug in the probe for 1 minute and remove it, then turn the power back on at breaker box, and probe light goes off!! Also, since i didn't have the original probe and to buy a new one would be $80, I borrowed a friend's Thermador probe (different model but it still worked). It cost me $85 for the service visit, 2 weeks of nonoperational oven, and about 5 hours time -- hence the reason i am making this post. It is a golden trick!! What did NOT work -- turning off power to house again for 15 minutes to reset the OVEN, and disconnecting the probe wires from control panel so probe isn't recognized.

Thermador oven control panel won't stay down.

Sounds like a shot of WD40 on the catches and pivots might help. It is kerosene based so will clean and lubricate. I looked for videos that might mention this fault, but there aren't any. https://www.google.com/search?q=Thermador+oven+control+panel+won%27t+stay+down ..

Bottom Oven Does not work - F64 Code on Panel

If you look under the bottom door you will see a 3/4" tall slot the entire length of the door. This is where the cooling air blows out. In the middle of this slot is the air switch enclosed in a 5" long metal housing. You can see a thin metal paddle sticking out of each side of the housing. These paddles are spring loaded to angle slightly back. When the fan is on, the airflow will push the paddles forward. If they do not move forward, then you will get the error code. The simplest solution is to vacuum out all of the normally collecting dust that keeps the paddles from moving. To better access and clean the area, the black trim piece that forms the slot can be removed by unscrewing the two retaining screws. That can be more easily accomplished by first removing the lower door. This is very simple. With the door fully open, rotate the small metal clip on each hinge so it hooks over the protrusion on the other part of the hinge. Then lift up on the door (close it part way) and slide (pull) the door and hinges out of the hinge slots. There is no need to remove the entire unit from the wall.

I have a Thermador GT227 oven and sometimes during operation or after it is turned off the unit starts beeping and the display reads E2. Is this a bad sensor or someting else.

Hi, I'm reading that you would need to turn heat and micro off and wait for the oven tempt to go down in order to clear that error. Thank you.

Owner manual for 2005 Thermador MED302JP Range needed to fix double oven. Front panel won't accept information, like date, time.

Question edited for full 'make model (what it is)'. Question moved to Thermador. Likely to be a damaged mainboard due to a 'brown-out' when the power went or came back. They are very expensive, so call for service to get the correct diagnosis. It may be more prudent to replace the whole stove as it is 17 years old. https://www.google.com/search?q=+thermador+302jp+Front+panel+won%27t+accept+information ..

Error code F64 on lower

Hi, i found out from Thermador customer service that error code F64 means that the lower fan switch (located inside the bottom trim on the right side) is not being detected as closed. In my case, this was because the header (P4) on the Display panel had broken loose from the PC board and was no longer making contact. P4 is where the lower fan switch wires connect to the control boards (actually the display panel).
