Shame; it's brand new. Bought it as surplus from an auction so ... no warranty. Oh well. Thanks for your help.

No fix is known for this problem. Suggest you mark the affected radio, and make the best of it while it continues to work. Most-likely it has other issues which will present themselves over time. (It has possibly been wet or damp and has corrosion growing, which is a living organism and will continue to grow. Sorry for the bad news.)

Does the motorola t4500 have an eliminator

Setting a Channel

Your radio has 22 channels. Channels 1-7 and 15-22 are 1 watt. Channels 8-14 are

0.5 watt. When the radio is on a 1 watt channel, displays. When the radio is on

a 0.5 watt channel, displays.

1. With the radio on, press . The current channel flashes.

2. Press or to set the channel.

3. Press to save the channel setting. You have a pretty straight forward Low wattage FM Walki/Talki

I would have them returned or replaced.

If you can not transmitt on one to the other

Kenwood tk-768 displays channel numbers. Can I get it to display frequency instead?

Hi Michael,

Simple answer is NO!!!

The way these radios are designed, as with nearly all 2-way radios, only Channel Numbers are displayed. This is to save space on the LCD display for the other icons to fit in.

I hope this answers your query with satisfaction.

T5950 2-way

Hi,

Initially, pls check that the displays of both radios are identical. This is important to establish that the channel/frequency, Interference eliminator settings and all others are the same that both are paired. In some instances, the radio settings may not be changed if it is locked. Top unlock, press on the MENU button for about 3 seconds. For all other settings, pls refer to the user's manual.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information. Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

Panasonic dmr-eh50 Clock setting greyed out - unable to reset clock after clocks went back.

To resolve this issue follow the steps below:

(1) Remove all discs from the unit.
(2) Set the unit to DVD Mode
(3) From the front panel of the unit, open the middle door to display the up and down channel buttons
(4) Press and hold both the up and down channel buttons until the unit displays "BYE" and then flashes "12:00 A"
(5) Release the up and down channel buttons
(6) This will clear the unit and you will be prompted to reset the TV Guide Settings
(7) Setup your TV Guide according to the on screen display
(8) From your remote select "SETUP"
(9) Scroll down to "Setup", right arrow to the options on the right, and down arrow to "Clock Settings"
(10) Select "Set Clock Manually" if your TV Guide Function is not providing you with the proper time

Good luck!!!

Channel jumping

Sounds like the PIP feature is causing the problem with the TV if you are connected directly to cable TV without a box inline and getting these issues.
