I have a Canon L100 fax, but it looks same like L120. The problem is that I can send a fax but i can't recieve any. I don't have the manual of the specific model. Will you please help me?

The error message 003F seems to be a clue though the Canon Support Desk do not know how to resolve this!

Hey!If you take out the cover thats covering the recieving paper,Look in there and u will see a black lever with a green sticker on it!You should see a thin glass covering a whitish area,Push that up untill you hear the clicking sound!Enjoy!
wich switch, the macine is automatically turnd on when gets the current.You only have the copy buttton that you need to press if you want to copy, and for return yust red one two times.
They said to unplug the machine from the mains, then take out the plastic guard where the paper tray is fitted. There is a lever just above the paper tray. Make sure that it is pressed up completely. Then reconnect to mains.
