My automatic paper feed will snatch or jerk the paper into the feeder, if I lay my fingers lightly on top of the paper towards the bottom it will feed in quiet and smoothly. Am I missing a part?
I'm putting in about 30+ sheets of paper, but even if I put in 1 single sheet it does the same thing. It has been doing this since the first day I purchased it.
