Casio Wave Captor Watch wont set to correct time.

My new Casio WaveCeptor watch synchronizes its time with the atomic clock in Ft. Collins, CO. Sadly, when it does that the time ends up 2 hours and 5 minutes later than it is in real life here! While the digital time (shown in the digital display) is the correct hour, the hands have moved ahead 2 hours. I have manually rest set the hands to the correct time, and have reset the city to NYC again (I live in New Hampshire). However, I suspect that when the watch resynchronizes tonight it will again come up 2 hours later than it shuld.

Any suggestions?

The solution suggested did work. In fact, since that first problem, the watch has synchronized flawlessly.

    Thanks for your help!

I set the city and the digital time is displayed correctly but the hour/minute hand are off by 4 hours and 50 minutes. Is there some way to sinc the two times?

You need to manually adjust or set the hands to the home position as they are not where the watch thinks they should be. This can happen when you bring your watch close to a strong magnetic field. Look in the manual to do this. Afterwards your watch should set to the correct time.

Will not receive signal

If you are in the US or Canada the signal is coming from Fort-Collins, Colorado. If you are too far or there are atmospheric perturbations along the way, at the times the watch is in automatic receive , the watch may not receive a strong enough signal to synchronize itself with the atomic clock signal. The watch is not always able to do so.
Read the manual where it is suggested that you put the watch on a window sill, the dial facing outward with 12 at the bottom. Do not move the watch when it is trying to receive a signal. If you have a signal strength meter, orient the watch so that the signal is as high as possible.
