The hose coming from tub to the pump has a filter in it.you need to pull filter out and empty it.E20 means that you have a slow drain,or clog.If the pump is noisier than ussual then you may need to replace pump.but check filter first.
It can be dirt in the emptying hose or in the hose for the level switch/ presostat . Its monitoring water level in it.

Hey thanks for the reply I pulled the tube from tub to pump with out seeing any filter just a white plastic ball in the black tube with some quarter sized coins and a plastic star about the size of a half dollar. I don´t know how it got there but I cleaned it out. there is a split off that goes to the side of the drum attached to an empty cylindrical plastic holding tank that has a small black rubber tube going to the top of the machine and attaches to a switch, I am guessing. When it drains water that I put in manually it pumps out extremely well, fast and efficient. Which means that if I put water to normal operating level and turn it on it will pump out in normal time as when the machine was working properly
More help please. I have three kids 2 very young and really need to get this fixed with out the cost of a service guy. I am still tinkering and checking everything out. and haven´t found a solution yet.
still broke any help out there??
description isn't exactly telling me what problem is at this point does the pump run all the time or does it not pump out or is water not coming in?
If you pump unit dry and unplug it for a short while will it do same thing?
