SOURCE: Maax bathtub Palace model Error code C01 jets don't turn on.

first of all check the circuit breakers to be sure one or both aren't kicked. be sure to turn the breaker all the way off and then fully on as a tripped breaker is in a halfway off position. if that doesnt fix your problem remove the access panel to the mechanical space in your tub. there are generally one or two reset buttons in there which can also kick off and need to be reset.

These units sometimes have a GFI outlet behind inside wall under the tub some where or in a closet or even in the bathroom some where-check if you do have one it may need to be reset

I have an AKER Swirlbath by Delta and (2) of the jets do not work how or whom can I get to repair/fix the problems

try forcing water down the other jets one at a time to see if this clears the blockage, use a hose or shower hose

Need replacement parts for a MAAX WESTCO INC A159869 8Z31 Jet Bath Tub Would like to replace the white plastic parts in side the tub with chrome as they have turned yellow

Try Guillens.com or usparts.com I have had some good luck finnding jets. Maax is still in business and you might be able to get the jet directly from them, although they are in Canada. Hope this helps.

Cold water and jets don't work

Likely your mixer valve cartridge has a blown o-ring.
Replace the cartridge.
Jets not working may be as simple as the GFI outlet being tripped.
