During this process, the Attention LED will turn on, the LEDs will begin to cycle, and the unit will perform a cold reset until the printer returns to the Ready state.

NOTE: If either the Go or Ready light turn off or no LEDs turn off before the GO button is released, repeat the process.

As mentioned above, install the universal PCL 5 drivers from HP website. This will fix the error.
