Every now and then the wash cycle will start and finsh other times it finishes the washing cycle but does the same thing during the rinse cycle. And there are times when it completely finishes a full cycle. start machine water runs it will not fill it just gose out the drain

water will not turn completely off after wash cycle is complete. small amount of water keeps running into drum from dispenser. I have to run a drain cycle to keep it from over flowing onto floor. If i do not keep eye on it constantly it will flood the laundry room.

Be sure the drain hose is not lower than the wash tub this will caust the water to run out, 2nd be sure the drain hose is not pushed to far into the house stand pipe and the there is rome for air to go inbetween the drain hose and stand pipe eather of these will cause the machine to siphon mostly on rince cycle or on the 2nd and third loads you do. last your house drain could be starting to back up fill the washer with water and listen to it drain if you hear a gurggling sound in the house pipe you may need a plumber to cleanthis out for you.

Beko WMP652W washing machine will start cycle but get stuck at end of wash, doesnt go onto rinse or spin any help please?

see the next steps and use the common sense: God bless you
When the cycle doesn't advance, it's probably the timer or a cold-water supply problem: It's the timer, if your washing machine fills with water and begins agitating, but the timer never advances--or if the washer is in a spin cycle and the timer won't advance. Then you need to replace the timer. It may be a cold-water supply problem, if the washing machine fills with water, agitates, drains, and spins, but then doesn't fill with rinse water. See There's no cold water.

Kenmore 70 series wont stop filling with water to start the wash cycle

Lid off, right side circular pressure switch with black hose attached. Remove end of hose, blow down to make sure not blocked and blow into switch where hose attaches. Should click twice. If doesn't click, faulty pressure switch (replace)

Beginning of wash cycle starts agitating instead of filling w/water.

the water pressure/level switch contacts are welded together, usually the load selector switch for the amount of water lets it fill to a determined water level and the water level creates pressure in a tube from the tub to this switch and stops water fill and starts the wash agitation cycle, replace this switch inside the control panel

Agitator starts at begining of cycle before washer is full

Please be carful as running the agitator without enough water will overheat and kick out the motor, however it should be ok when it resets itself.
Yes, the machine should stop agitating when you lift the lid so this too is part of the problem.
After looking at the print I can only suggest that the cam contacts in the timer ( contacts 12 and 14) that start the motor are burned and stuck together.

Dishwasher will not run after filled with water

The float switch in the tank is bad, also if water only trickles in your fill valve is going bad which will not let it fill all the way to start wash cycle. Fill tub with pot of water to raise float, if wash cycle starts, replace fill valve,if not, replace float switch.
